If you order your Redbacks through our website at redbackboots.ca and find that the fit is not perfect for your foot, you can return the unworn, untreated boots for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We offer one free return so that you can find the correct size. Just send an email to [email protected] letting us know that you will be returning the boots, and we will provide you with a link to create your return label. Then put the boots back in the original packaging and drop at your local post office. We will watch for your return and once received, inspected and returned to stock, we will refund your method of payment for the full amount of your purchase. This process usually takes 10-14 days. You can reorder the correct size at any time. If the boots that you reorder still do not fit, you can return this second pair of unworn Redbacks within the 30-day window, but we cannot refund the $10 shipping charge and will charge an additional $20 restocking fee. We will not accept more than 2 boot returns. We encourage customers that do not know their Redback size to visit our Dealer Locator to find a Redback Retailer and be professionally fit.
