Please consult the authorized Redback dealer where you purchased your boots to make a warranty claim. Things to consider when claiming a warranty? Scuffed/cut leather on toes is caused by excessive wear and tear, not a manufacturer’s defect. Dried, cracked leather that has not been hydrated will void any warranty. Pull tabs, elastics and stitching can be replaced. If needed, ask your authorized dealer for these spare parts so that you can make your Redbacks last for years and years.
